to read about the many requirements. This is a government mandatory program which requires monthly office visits, monthly blood tests, and monthly login to the website to get refills. The treatment is usually 4-6 months long. It is generally covered by all insurance, except if there is a high deductible then the costs still go to the patient.
The medication is generally safe and effective, but requires you to be aware of potential side-effects.
