Most medical Dermatologic visits are covered by your insurance.
If you do not have health insurance our fees are generally as listed:
Initial clinic visit: $200- $250 based on complexity of case and time involved
Follow-up visits: $125- $175 each visit
Depending on the condition being treated and the potential side-effects of the medications needed, periodic follow-up visits are required to obtain refills and avoid potential adverse effects. We will do our best to diagnose and treat your condition efficiently and in a cost effective way. However, with many complex conditions it is not possible to cure a chronic disease in one visit, and follow-up visits are needed to monitor progress and to give refills of strong medications. Please consider this prior to initiating treatment.
If medications and prescriptions are required we will make every effort to provide you with samples or prescription coupons to assist in your treatment.
-Skin biopsies: $150 for the first biopsy and $50 for each additional biopsy
-Pathology fees: $100-125 each or can also be billed at a later time by the servicing laboratory. We have minimal controle over the laboratory fees, and generally use LabCorp, Omnipath, and Quest laboratories.
-Cyst removal approximately Cash Prices (checks and credit cards not available): $399 small (1/2 Inch pea/peanut) $449 Medium (3/4 Inch marble / grape) $499 Large (1 inch golfball) $599 Extra Large (2 inches) If you simply need a cyst removal, then the office visit fee will be subtracted from this fee. If you need to have your growth sent to a laboratory for a pathology report they (LabCorp) charge an additional $99. Antibiotic pills and wound care dressing if needed are included in the price.
-Wart freezing: $150 each visit to treat up to 20 lesions. Generally several visits are required to cure warts. Plan on having at least 3-4 visits to cure challenging warts please.
-Genital Wart treatment: $150-$200 each visit, several visits are required.
-Skin tag treatment: $250-$300 total cost including office visit for removal of up to 15 medium sized skin tags. Usual only ONE visit needed.
Procedure fees may or may NOT require the additional clinic visit fee based on complexity of your care and other conditions you would like treated.

Botox: $10 per unit
Appx $250 per area each for forhead, between eyebrows or both eyes.
$300 is usually the minimum cost per sesssion.
Lower cost if several areas treated at the same time.
Juvederm: $450 First Large syring and $300 each additional syringe
Radiesse: $400 First Large syring and $300 each additional syringe
Restylane: $425 First syring and $300 each additional syringe
Sculptra: $450 First Vial and $300 each additional vial at the same visit (Sculptra is usually covered by Medicare for Lipodystrophy)
Bolotero: $400 first Syringe and $300 additional syringes
Microdermabrasion: Availble
Chemical Peels
Glycolic Acid peel: $200+ per visit
TCA Peel Mild $200+ per visit
TCA Peel Medium $300+ per visit
TCA Peel Deep $400+ per visit
Laser Treatment
Laser: $200-$250 per session based on the laser required and type of treatment
Photodynamic therapy: Usually covered by insurance
